Receptionist Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new position? Do you love to work within the construction industry? Answered yes to any of these questions? Then you're the perfect person I'm looking for an Administrator to work for a constuction company starting ASAP Contract: 6 Months Salary: £9.00 - £10.00 per hour When: ASAP Where: Tunbridge Wells, Kent Randstad Contact: Sophie Clemmence Maidstone Office opt 4 Duties include: Dealing with IT issues on site by liaising directly with IT support Assisting with ordering labour materials and waste removal Assisting the team with any site administration including typing, printing, keeping spreadsheets up to date, filing etc Collate and process operative timesheets for your site Management of welfare cleaning staff Dealing with office deliveries and ensuring that the site office is kept neat and tidy at all times Manage the meeting room diary on site and ensure the meeting room is prepped in advance of any meetings and kept tidy after every use Provide refreshments for meetings and organising any on site catering as and when required Co-ordinate induction on site for all new starters, usually in conjunction with the health and safety team and HR Monitoring stationery stock levels and ordering any items through head office where necessary Working alongside a Document Controller to assist them with any addition requirements Experience: Experience within a construction admin role Confident with chasing and liaising with site personnel Team player Ability to learn new systems by being computer literate A strong attention to minor details within paperwork Working within a team Does this all sound of interest to you?
