Title: Mandarin Speaking Relationship and Business Development Manager Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Basic up to £25K basic plus commission Location: Central London The Company This is a well-known British-based specialist property company looking to serve its High Net Worth (HNW) clientele and provide a personalise property service to those looking to buy UK property for business, relocation or study reasons. The company prides itself on fostering excellent relationships with clients that stretch back over years as well as a totally personalised service to create a luxurious and attentive experience. Responsibilities You will be responsible for building long-term collaboration with business partners in Greater China to maximise the Company's service, customer's satisfaction, and company growth. You will work directly with the Company's director and have the opportunity to make valuable advice to drive the company's development. Requirements Minimum 2 years relevant experience ideally gained within property, education or immigration investment industry Experience gained in China, HK or Taiwan would be beneficial Excellent relationship building skills Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders Outgoing, confident and motivated Enthusiastic about working with people Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese is a plus. Eligible to work in the UK without restriction
