If so, we want to hear from you Osborne Appointments are pleased to offer an opportunity to join an excellent business located in Brookmans Park. We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will need to be available immediately. Key information: Full time (Monday to Friday) – 7:30am – 4:30pm Salary – up to £12.00 - £14.50 per hour Brookmans Park , Hertfordshire Interviews being held ASAP The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role Duties will include: Chasing customer debts either by telephone or email whilst maintaining a strong client relationship Keeping logs of all calls to ensure outstanding debt is being chased up according to payment terms Updating the database with customer receipts and information Posting monthly statements Escalating high outstanding debts to the management team Liaising with the sales team to investigate discrepancies Other ad-hoc duties as they arise What is in it for you?
