Overview
Meraki Talent's industry leading Global Insurance client are looking for multiple Commercial Claims Executives across various levels. This is a key role as you will collate all relevant information on claims ensuring that they are genuine, assessing validity in line with underwriting and claims standards while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities of the Position: Collating information from the correct sources to assess claims appropriately Ensuring genuine claims are paid on time Assessing claims in accordance with delegated authority Processing claims in line with required service standard and philosophy Managing claims costs Challenging any anomalies including rejecting invalid claims. Inputting data Preparing insurance policy documentation within agreed SLAs and quality standard Collating and maintaining large amounts of data Maintaining a robust control framework Requirements: Experience within Property, Motor, EL or PL Experience of following written instructions and data entry Committed to providing excellent customer service Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders across the business Understanding of risk Excellent organisational and administration skills Understand the different elements of claims - financial, medical, occupational and non-medical limits
