Overview
Blue Chip Care Provider has 2 Supported Living Houses in Guildford (GU31) with 3 and 4 residents. They provide Care & Support to Adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and Mental Health issues. Your role as a Supported Living Support Worker will be to support the residents by promoting independence and supporting them to lead a life that is fulfilling as possible by enabling them to participate in social based activates, community based activities and day to day tasks, including shopping, going out with them, going to doctor & hospital appointment. Our clients can offer you a full time or part time roles.
