Overview
Our client is a Government department leading on a cross Government ERP upgrade to HR business processes. We are looking to appoint a consultant to work out of scope on LEADING the BA ERP process upgrades in the HR space. The role is split between Business Analysis (business rather than technical) and Project Management as it involves the end to end aspects as well as the process ownership. The role is about leading a solution and not taking direction. The applicant will need to demonstrate end to end programme experience working across all aspects of HR rather than individual components. This will include thorough understanding of Core HR processes from onboarding, offboarding, L&D, payroll etc. Consequently it may suit someone with a HR background who has moved into more BA/process focused roles. You will need to demonstrate your 'true BA experience’ in a complex programme i.e. documenting the as is/to be, target operating model, testing and change management. You will be adept at extracting information from often difficult stakeholders and translating those into business requirements using your knowledge of HR and how it feeds in to process maps and providing BA rigour around those processes in a shared services/HR process cloud ERP upgrade scenario. This is a role for business focused individuals who understand the aims of what the business is looking to achieve. It is about being able to feedback to stakeholders throughout engagements demonstrating you know what their needs are.
