Overview
Urgent requirement for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our sought after client. With a background gained in either a Financial Services, Professional services or Matrix style background this role will see you working within a highly motivated and credible team and looking after a defined business entity.You will need to be comfortable working at pace and be also adept at influencing stakeholders and senior management. You strong technical HR skills ill be deployed to the fullest and so you should have excellent ER and performance management skills. The role is operational HR so a hands on doer rather than a strategist is required. Graduate calibre and ideally CIPD qualified.
