Overview

Head of Finance Digital Banking Start-up £70/75K shares I'm currently working with one of the fastest growing SME Challenger Banks in the UK, backed by top tier investors. My client have gone from strength to strength having expanded across the European market having further aggressive international expansion plans. It's a fantastic time to join the team You'll de directly reporting into the CFO, assisting in the growth initiatives. They offer a collaborative, innovative and open culture allowing you to develop with the business as well as offering autonomy over your career. Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end AP & AR processes Run weekly payroll runs for temporary workers Manage accounts payable ledger on a day-to-day basis, reconcile accounts Process employee payroll, process expense claims and credit card reports Responsible for preparation of regular consolidated management accounts Work with the founders to provide strategic, board and fundraising support Perform regular bank reconciliations & financial analysis Work with the team leads to manage monthly budgeting and forecasting processes Identify opportunities and drive process improvement Profile: ACA/ACCA qualified Experience working in an FCA regulated start-up Previous involvement with Investors having been a point of contact through funding rounds Strong system skills, ideally Xero
