Are you looking to lead the decision support and FP&A for a large and commercially aware international charity? Do you want to enhance the development of global reporting for the organisation, working closely with regional teams to achieve this? Would leading a team to deliver a robust analytical service from finance interest you? This is a brilliant Head of Financial Planning and Analysis opportunity to work with a globally renowned international organisation and deliver a strong financial service to the Shared Services of the organisation within the FP&A function. Key responsibilities Working with Senior Department Directors across the organisation's Shared Service function including Finance, HR and Information Services to deliver strong decision support Work as a primary business partner to understand the needs of Directors whilst providing support to a small team Understand the various change programmes that the organisation delivers and provide detailed analysis on business support Provide various reporting such as budgeting, forecasting and planning to help develop business cases across the organisation.
