We have a great opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a very successful motor retail group at their very busy operation in Reading. Apply now As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for: Supporting the workshop team by administrating warranty claims Reviewing and assessing the validity of all claims Preparing invoices Scheduling warranty work Transmitting all supporting material to the manufacturer within specified deadlines Recovering the cost of any work covered by a form of insurance, guarantee or warranty and for making claims from the appropriate manufacturer in line with policy. You will be currently working as a Warranty Advisor, Warranty Administrator or Warranty Manager within an aftersales environment in a franchised or main car dealership. If you have experience using the CDK/ ADP / Kerridge Dealer Management System this would be highly beneficial.
