Overview
HR Business Partner London Up to £55k depending on experience Our client is a leading retailer currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join them in head office. In this role, you will be a true partner to multiple functions within the business, developing and owning a people plan to support their strategy, whilst also supporting the broader people plan. You will work alongside the other HRBPs to drive consistency and innovation; and will work closely with centres of excellence to deliver a great service to the business. The ideal candidate will have solid generalist experience gained within a highly commercial and fast paced environment. We are looking for someone able to influence, challenge and communicate effectively at all levels and who is comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment.
