Legal PA - FTC 12-14 Months £40,000 City of London THE COMPANY: A highly reputable Legal firm specialising in the construction, engineering, infrastructure and insurance sectors. With lawyers spread across offices in the UK and Dubai. THE ROLE: A fantastic opportunity to assist and provide support initially as a float PA and then to five people including the CEO, COO and three Partners). - Diary management - Producing and proof reading all correspondence and documents. - Ensuring that progress files are kept up to date with emails, faxes, scanned letters received following the electronic filing rules. - Raising invoices when requested by Accounts and/or Fee Earners THE PERSON: - Trained in Legal Practice - Excellent word processing and audio-typing skills - Previous experience as a litigation secretary or experience of working in a legal professional office - Adaptability Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
