About the Role Your impact as a Global Benefits Senior Consultant: Managing Projects: leads and manages multiple projects simultaneously, from start to finish, with little to no direction; meets financial targets for respective role; plays a key role in at least one Practice proposition. Role on Client Team: operates as client lead for specific clients and acts as major contributor to large clients, when appropriate, directing the efforts of others through delegation and project management; leads client team in the completion of major milestones; monitors time spend and project budget; leads problem-solving and effective integration of solutions to problems. Data: upon collection and manipulation of data, identifies and resolves inconsistencies; communicates with external parties to resolve issues and responds to larger inquiries; peer reviews client deliverables; understands, and acts in accordance with, data security requirements. Deliverables: reviews and finalizes client materials for global benefits projects; responsible for all consulting deliverables; responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
