Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Temp for an immediate start with our Exeter based client. This is an ongoing temp position that will either be in situ until the role is recruited permanently, or potentially if the assignment goes well there may be scope for it to go from Temp to Perm. We are looking for someone with a motivated and enthusiastic attitude, that can communicate effectively with people from all walks of life and thrives being in a busy environment. Good IT, and Systems skills are essential, however the most important think is a positive and upbeat attitude. You will be dealing with residents & contractors on a regular basis, and we are looking for someone who will go that extra mile to ensure that any necessary reactive or preventative maintenance is booked in, and carried out in order to keep the tenant happy, and to meet the companies objectives. Duties Include - Dealing with repair requests from tenants. Ensuring all maintenance is logged correctly and is carried out in line with current legislation. Issuing maintenance orders to contractors. Ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is carried out in a timely manner. Ensuring tenants are informed of appointments, and regularly updated. Rescheduling any work that cannot be completed and ensuring that timescale targets are met. Compilation of statistics, for required reports. Negotiation with tenants and contractors, to ensure works can be carried in line with set time scales.
