Overview
Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Countess Wear team in Exeter. What will you be doing? As our Maintenance Manager, you will manage the delivery of second line maintenance activities through a team of Waste Water Service MEICA Craftsperson’s and specialist contractors. This will include the development and optimisation of working arrangements, performance measures and skilling opportunities in addition to supporting the effective processing of planned and reactive maintenance requests by the area operational management team. You will take the lead in the delivery of Lean RCM techniques and processes within the operational area to improve plant and equipment reliability and longevity. The Maintenance Manager will manage team performance in accordance with the agreed performance management framework; including productivity, service quality and overtime; behaviour and discipline including driving. What do you need? HNC in related discipline linked with MEICA specific skills Experience of working in either an operational MEICA delivery role Excellent organisational and team management skills Ability to inspire others to perform by setting a good example Proven team building, networking and motivational skills IOSH/NEBOSH Health & Safety Qualifications would be beneficial What can South West Water offer you?
