They have also opened an office this year in Singapore to continue their international growth. They are well known in their sector with an impressive client base recruiting lawyers, lateral hires and teams into private practice firms in the global Transport Law sector. They have a track record of high billing consultants and have impressively low staff turnover with a really grown up and positive work environment. If you have a successful background in any area of professional level recruitment they would like to speak to you. Mindset and gravitas are more important than legal knowledge which can be quickly learnt. Overall first year earnings package likely to be in the region of £70-£100k with high base salary and guarantees. It is likely that you will have at least several years experience at either senior consultant or manager level.
