Overview
Project Director, largest new build project in Bristol. Tier 1 contractor. Your new company This well-established, award winning, top tier contractor build some of the most iconic projects across the UK and have a strong pipeline of exciting projects across Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to join at an exciting time for this business and be part of the strong team they have forged over recent years. Due to winning the largest new build project in Bristol for some time, they are looking to bring in an established Project Director to lead it operationally. Your new role You will manage the delivery of the largest major new build construction project in central Bristol from pre-construction stage through to delivery. Liaising with external and internal teams to ensure the project is delivered in accordance to the design, on time, on budget and the health and safety of all involved is protected throughout the process. What you'll need to succeed For the best chance of success with this role you will have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Ideally with some specific project experience in high rise residential, commercial and education sectors with project values over c£80m.
