Global Head of Change Management
Overview
Global Head of Change Management required for international media business who are setting up an internal change management function. Reporting to the Transformation Director you will be responsible for running a newly created internal change team who support all projects globally, with a focus on delivering change management support in a consistent and structured approach. You'll be a seasoned change management professional with a depth of experience in setting the strategy for business engagement and readiness as well as overseeing the delivery of these activities. Additional criteria: Ideally have set up and/or run an internal change management function Background in complex global organisations Ideally a background in top tier management consultancies as well as client side engagements Strong team leadership skills Experience setting the strategy for business wide change management approach as well as overseeing the operational support for business engagement and readiness. Recent experience leading change management across a portfolio of complex transformation programmes Strong experience in conducting and delivering change activities including: change impact assessments, change readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, training planning and training material creation/delivery, adoption and benefit realisation approach and tracking. Additional information: 8-9 month FTC Salary circa £120 - £130K benefits Central London Immediate start
