Head of Teaching and Learning Magic Roundabout Nurseries Ltd (MRN) is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to become Head of Teaching & Learning and oversee our curriculum across our five Ofsted graded 'Good' Nurseries in London and Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager who wants to progress to Operational level and join a growing Head Office Team based in Stockwell. The successful candidate will have robust knowledge of the EYFS, strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. The individual must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude towards working with children, and be ready to lead and manage team of staff. The ideal candidate should be from an Ofsted graded "Good" or "Outstanding" setting. To monitor and ensure children's development To oversee the implementation of policies and procedures through monitoring and delivering in house training to staff at all levels To work with senior management to maintain and improve learning environment To be responsible for all Nursery Budgets Requested qualifications and experiences: At least NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare An equivalent or higher management qualification and/or a further qualification in Childcare At least one year experience as a Nursery Manager or similar role in an early years setting For full job description and person specification please reply to this job advertisement.
