Job Description Our client is looking for Cost & Senior Cost Manager to join their award winning, growing Cost Management team in our Manchester Office, working within the Real Estate team. There are long term secured frameworks with national and regional organisations within the healthcare industry. The right candidate will have the opportunity to progress within the business and receive a competitive salary and benefits package including buying or selling up to five days annual leave. There will also be the opportunity to support internal business initiatives and development, in order to offer their people an all-round exposure to the business. Candidates will be joining a vibrant growing business which operates across the NW of England, with an Office in Manchester. Excellent opportunities for progress exist for the right candidates to working in this large Real Estate team. Qualifications Health Sector experience should include both NHS and Private Healthcare, P22 procurement, HPCG knowledge and have detailed experience of work winning and delivery in all aspects of health care eg Acute, Mental Health, Primary Care and Private practice. Membership or equivalent.
