Overview

P2P Project Manager Immediate start and this is an exciting opportunity for a P2P Project Manager to join a well-established F&A team. The successful candidate will have an Accounting background, extensive experience in purchase to pay and will manage the business as usual and off shoring activities of P2P on a temporary basis for six months. Main Tasks and Responsibilities • Ensure payable service for shared services customers runs smoothly and accurately, coordinating the onshore and offshore activity. • Monitor quality, volumes and turn-round times and proactively handle any real or potential issues. • Ensure all queries are regularly checked and appropriate actions taken to ensure a smooth and timely flow. • Manage the offshore team activities and monitor KPI’s on a daily basis. • Update process map and documentation of AP end-to-end process and manage communication flows for operating companies as reference and guidance to all stakeholders. • Lead change management and process improvement - implementation of new initiatives and improvement from technical, documentation and communication perspective.
