Overview
Job Title: BIM Coordinator (BIM Project Manager) Location: EC1 Salary: Up to £50,000 dependent on experience Overview of the organisation: In the 30 years since this architect firm was founded it has grown from 4 to 500 people and is a leading British architectural practice with key clients and projects in all major sectors, from housing, schools and sports buildings, exhibition spaces and offices and healthcare facilities, to the odd bus station and art gallery. Roles and Responsibilities: The purpose of the role will be to assist in the delivery of BIM on project, ensuring that both as a practice we are providing the outputs (geometric and data) required by the BEP and interacting with consultants’ data to increase digital coordination. This role will also involve practice development, assisting knowledge transfer to new and existing staff and developing / managing practice recourses which support our projects. The successful candidate for this exciting opportunity will be embedded within a project team (assisting with architectural packages where relevant) and be supported by the practice’s digital design group (including application specialists, content creators and computational specialists).
