Are you currently working in internal communications and are frustrated by the constraints around your current role? Our client: Our client is a world-class business transaction network that uses revolutionary technology to transform invoice processing, improve cash flow management and increase efficiency. They are looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to work alongside the Head of Marketing in a growing team. Whilst building strong relationships across all departments of the organisation, you’ll act as the in-house journalist to transform compelling stories into engaging content assets. You’ll be responsible for bringing the stories to life, whilst achieving consistency across the organisation’s narrative and marketing strategy. What an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager will do: You will be responsible for establishing an internal communications strategy, in accordance with the Head of Marketing and Executive team Ensure successful communication of all internal initiatives and projects to employees and stakeholders Responsible for the management of internal communications, including the organisations intranet and other tools such as Yammer and Microsoft teams Manage the organisation’s profile on online review platforms Plan and execute content for a range of internal communication mediums Ensure consistent tone of voice throughout all internal communication mediums Draft messages and scripts to present to employees from senior executives Promote a positive public image and handle the organisations reputation through appropriate communication to crisis situations You will support the CFO on investor relations initiatives Ensure that internal communication messages are aligned with all external communications. Other marketing ad-hoc duties. To be a successful Internal Communications and Engagement Manager you will have: A degree in Communications, PR or a relevant field Exceptional copywriting and editorial abilities (Inc. long form and short form content) Demonstrated experience in Corporate Communications A strong work ethic, be results driven and have the passion to take a step up in your career The ability to prioritise, be highly organisational and be able to multi-task within a highly fast-paced environment Previous experience writing content within the finance, technology or business sector (desirable).
