£45000-£55,000 Car Allowance Bonus We are excited to announce that we are working on behalf of a leading residential developer who are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator to join their team. The business has an excellent record of developing apartment led, mixed use projects throughout the capital for over 20 years. In the role, you will report directly to the Head of Department and work alongside another coordinator. Your core responsibilities will include: · Obtaining technical drawings and approvals to enable efficient site starts, minimising risk through uncoordinated information · To coordinate all technical information and ensure this is circulated and understood by other departments · Oversee the NHBC/Building Regulations applications to approval · Ensure that working drawings are in accordance with the approved Planning Scheme, and ensure discharge of planning conditions. To monitor and control all production information to ensure tight cost controls are kept and information produced in line with budget estimates · Assist with preparation of Brochure Plans, Conveyance Plans and Sales Area drawings. · Attend site progress meetings and carry out site inspection. · Attend meetings at various stages of projects (Land/Technical hand-over, Project Meeting, Optimisation, Progression, Technical/Sales, Budget Meetings, etc.) · General liaison and coordination between other parties, both internal and external. · Issuing drawings and information for construction purposes. · Ensure all conveyance issues and purchaser queries relating to technical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
