Overview
Senior MI Analyst - Power BI I am currently working with an established business based in North Manchester who are looking for a Senior MI Analyst to consolidate their reporting and implement Power BI business-wide. The Senior MI Analyst will drive the development of central business intelligence reports through Microsoft Power BI for all levels of people across the organisation to use in their roles to drive efficiency and productivity in the way they use and interpret data. The Senior MI Analyst will combine strong technical skills with a customer centred approach to business partnership and excellent communication skills that will combine to develop business intelligence solutions to provide meaningful and useful information through the continuous development of key performance reports and dashboards. They will take a strong interest in continuing professional development to maintain depth and breadth of knowledge in the BI industry to apply best practice across the organisation, drawing on key business stakeholders to leverage existing business and industry knowledge. An additional responsibility will be to ensure integrity of data and that data is fit-for-purpose. The role will be act as gatekeeper of the central reporting suite, ensuring that all data is integrated to maintain a single source of truth. The successful Senior MI Analyst will have the following experience: Proven experience in an analyst position. Expertise in SQL querying Ability to develop quality dashboards / reports in Power BI Ability to work autonomously Strong communication skills The role is offering a salary of up to £40,000 in addition to a quarterly bonus and flexible working hours.
