Exciting Maintenance Engineering role - Castleford A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a food manufacturer based near Castleford. This manufacturer is a busy environment, and they are looking for an experienced engineer to hit the ground running The successful Maintenance Engineer will report directly into the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance and fault finding. Shifts: 4 on 4 off Duties and Responsibilities Include: Provide high availability and an efficient breakdown repair service Keep production lines running via PPM and continuous improvement Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs Reactive breakdowns, supporting production Keep up-to-date regarding health and safety procedures and ensure they are adhered to The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Apprentice trained - NVQ level 3 Experience as a Maintenance Engineer or equivalent in a manufacturing environment - such as food, FMCG, plastic, packaging.
