Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer- Leeds Interim- Rate Negotiable LEADING Food Manufacturer A leading engineering business based in Manchester are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their extremely busy site. This is a great opportunity for a career focused, Multi Skilled Engineer looking to gain career development and progression opportunities THE ROLE: As a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will report directly into the Head of Engineering and will be responsible for the delivery of all Planned, Preventative, Predictive and Reactive maintenance through a developed Asset Care strategy for the area Some key responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager include: To be a key member of the maintenance team in providing planned, predictive and repair maintenance for the manufacturing operation Diagnostic skills to identify the root cause of electrical problems and fault finding on motors and Drives without explicit direction and thorough testing after repair. Documenting all actions and results on the company's CMMS Attending breakdowns and fault finding in a timely manner to maximize equipment uptime. Work closely with the production department to co-ordinate preventative maintenance routines and equipment availability. THE PERSON: The ideal Maintenance Engineer will be looking for a challenging role within an established organisation. Essentials for this role are as follows Multi-Skilled, time served with electrical bias but with good mechanical capabilities Experience of working with TPM or PPM systems.
