Our Client is on a wave of digital transformation journey in automotive, designing strategic and customer-centric CRM deliverables that drive and support sales (acquisition and cross sales), retention and customer engagement, with the customer at the heart. Are you going to join us as we continue to move to a ‘Digital First’ organisation? Please note this is a 15 month contract to cover maternity leave (April 2020 June 2021) Your responsibilities: We know that to deliver great marketing in our changing world needs a new approach and involves far more skills than traditional marketing functions often include. As our CRM Specialist, you’ll work primarily in the email channel alongside our marketing and technical teams based in the UK & Germany, focusing on supporting the design, acceleration and implementation of innovative best practice CRM campaigns and digital programmes across the whole customer journey: ? Supporting the design and delivery of new cross-functional CRM campaigns and programmes ? Managing and developing live campaigns ? Reviewing content and managing approvals ? Supporting specific regional CRM requirements and queries ? Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of CRM campaigns ? Pro-actively managing CRM budget administration and forecasts ? Providing insights that iteratively improve campaigns ? Developing and document processes that support long-term campaign effectiveness ? Supporting the wider cross-functional CRM team in achieving business and marketing objectives, including any compliance or departmental tasks ? Supporting ad-hoc operational CRM projects as required Your profile: You will be inquisitive, action-orientated and enjoy change. Working in collaborative, positive and agile internal and external teams you will thrive in the kind of environment where you can share and reciprocate knowledge. As our CRM Specialist, you will: ? Have a strong understanding and demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing and CRM ? Be passionate about the customer experience with a strong customer focus ? Have experience of ‘operationalising’ CRM strategy ? Have strong business acumen ? Evidence excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to facilitate effective communication at all levels ? Be a proven team player with experience of working within a diverse team environment ? Be self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines ? Have a strong process mind-set, and analytical skills with the ability to provide insights from data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail ? Possess excellent PowerPoint skills ? A degree and/or professional qualification in Marketing is desirable ? Blue chip company CRM experience is desirable ? Automotive experience is desirable but not essential Working pattern and location: ? Full time (Monday – Friday) ? Based in Dunton Essex ? Occasional travel into London and possible ad hoc travel to Cologne, Germany What we can offer you: ? Salary up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience ?
