HRBP/Consultant Salary Circa 40k (pro rata) Part-Time or Full Time Based in Tring, Hertfordshire hr inspire, a vibrant and successful HR Consultancy based in Tring, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRBP/Consultant with a strong generalist HR background to join our growing business. The primary purpose of the role is to deliver a professional, commercially focused HR outsource support service to a portfolio of SME customers who work with hr-inspire. Our customer base is growing therefore we need to increase the team to ensure we continue to provide a great service. What we are looking for…. You must be highly knowledgeable in Employee Relations matters in order to undertake and manage ad-hoc consultancy projects for large corporate customers, including recruitment, reorganisations, transformation programmes and TUPE projects as required Key Accountabilities: • Supporting our Customers in delivering their people plans within professional environments • Transforming People Priorities into tangible actions • Design, develop and implement HR processes, policies and procedures and devise innovative and proactive business led HR Solutions to all people management challenges that customers face • Effective management and resolution of employee relations issues including individual cases and organisational wide changes and restructures • Provide advice and guidance to Business Owners and Directors/Managers on range of HR issues such as performance management, productivity, management development, disciplinary, retention and engagement Essential Skills/Knowledge • Extensive experience as a Senior HR Consultant/Business Partner • Experience of implementing change and transformation • Strong experience in managing in all areas of Employee Relations • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to deliver successful, creative and effective outcomes • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure • Adaptable and flexible to work within dynamic and challenging business environment • Excellent written communication skills Desirable Skills/Knowledge • CIPD qualified or equivalent • HR IT software experience • Experience of advising and supporting remote Senior Management teams Benefits included: • Flexible working • Competitive salary • Bonus Scheme • Early finish Fridays • 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays • An additional day’s paid leave referred to as a ‘Happy day’ • Office Dogs • Opportunity to gain broad experience within an extremely varied HR position • Working with a supportive and Fun team
