Overview
Senior Business Analytics Analyst - Warrington Senior Business Analytics Analyst / BI Analyst with strong SQL, Power BI and business analytics experience is required by a leading company based near Warrington. In a team of 2, you will manage another BI Analyst and be responsible for the technical lead of data management. The will include delivering all product and customer reporting/analytics while being a contact for all internal and external customers. You shall drive the BI strategy for the company and scope future BI tools that they use. This would suit a BI analyst who wants to step up into more of a senior/lead role They are looking ideally for the following experience: Strong BI experience ideally with either Cognos, Power BI or Qlik Sense Advanced SQL skills Worked with large data sets, ideally 250,000 Strong mathematical ability and knowledge of PL/SQL skills Advanced Excel skills such as Vlookups/Pivot tables The ability to analyse, model, interpret and report data Proven capability around incident analysis and problem-solving Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders Self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others As well as being technical, this is role is 95% hands-on, the other 5% will be managing the other BI analyst in the team. This will include doing one to ones, driving performance and development. You will ensure the timely delivery and quality assurance of all MI requirements, prioritising requests and being a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, participating in project meetings when required My client is leading in their field and it is a new role due to growth.
