A luxury hotel in North Yorkshire is seeking a Breakfast Chef to run the breakfast service Role: A Breakfast Chef role is available at a top quality, country house hotel where you will be responsible for the breakfast service working 6am to 2pm, five days out of seven.The hotel is seeking to make a name for itself as a leading dining option in the region so it is important that the Breakfast Chef upholds the high standards expected working with fantastic produce and ingredients sourced from the best suppliers.Following on from the breakfast service you will be required to assist the rest of the brigade with preparation for lunch service. Requirements: All chefs applying to this position must be an experienced Breakfast Chef who has been working in high quality hotels.A background working with all fresh produce where you were working on your own initiative is essential.
