Job Title: Receptionist / Concierge Salary: £18,720 per annum Plus benefits Location: c/o Covance Harrogate - Otley Road, HG3 1PY Start Date: April 2020 Duration: Full Time Permanent(Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:30, Friday 8:30-17:00) We are currently recruiting for a new Reception/Concierge position. Receptionist / Concierge Job Role: To help manage the smooth running of reception, dealing with phone calls and welcoming all visitors. Concierge services for conference and meeting rooms. Greeting all visitors who arrive in the Reception and Concierge areas. Provide a Reception/Concierge service for the site. Respond to all enquiries, telephone calls and emails quickly and efficiently. Co-ordination of hotel bookings, transport and hospitality on SharePoint. Diary Management for Conference rooms Maintaining and supporting conference and meeting rooms. Monthly hospitality figures. Admin support for site. The ideal Receptionist / Concierge Good communication skills and telephone manner. PC skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook etc. Previous reception experience would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given. Good customer and interpersonal skills. Ability to cope in a busy work environment and deal with potentially pressured situations in an effective friendly manner. Good team working skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Attention to detail.
