Internal Recruitment Consultant - London The company is a fast growing Financial Services headhunting firm who specialise in recruiting CFO’s, Finance Directors and Senior Finance Professionals into Private Equity-backed businesses. Due to continued organic growth of 60% year on year, and plans to increase headcount by over 300% in 3 years, they’re now looking for an internal recruiter to join their talent acquisition team, to source, attract and retain talent to achieve their target growth. With offices in London and Manchester, and plans to open in Frankfurt, Paris and the US, this is an exciting opportunity to become a pivotal member of the business, and help them achieve their ambitious growth plans The Company: Owner managed recruitment business which has achieved organic growth year on year since their inception Work within the Private Equity industry which is a dynamic part of the UK economy Ambitious growth plans to increase headcount by 300% with plans to open US and European offices Have a very high performing culture, with consultants billing in excess of £500k a year Very adult culture which offers autonomy and flexibility Work in state of the art offices in the heart of the city The Role: Sourcing associate level and experienced consultants to the business and hitting growth targets Recruiting talent for the London, Manchester, Frankfurt and Paris offices Making initial approaches to candidates and conducting telephone interviews with candidates Working closely with marketing and using platforms such as Social Media, Career Pages and the company Website to increase the business’ brand Management of the CRM system Using LinkedIn Recruiter to build your own database Management of external suppliers Plan, organise and manage graduate assessment centres Coming up with new ideas to attract talent Arranging and attending University job fairs The Requirements 18 months minimum experience within recruitment - 360 or internal Proven track record in previous recruitment role Hard working and extremely organised Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport French or German would be advantageous but not necessary The Benefits: £25,000 - £35,000 basic salary commission OTE of around £42,000 Very social environment with regular team nights out State of the art office in the city Autonomy and flexible working If you’re an experienced recruiter who is looking for their next challenge within a delivery focussed capacity, and have a genuine desire to work within talent acquisition, then apply via the advertisement.
