- HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE TRAINER - £25000 PA PLUS CAR OR £24000 PER MONTH AND ALLOWANCE - EASTLEIGH, HAMPSHIRE - CARE & RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES - PERMANENT POSITION Blue chip Care provider based in Eastleigh and Hampshire areas seeks an experienced seeks an experienced Health and Social Care Trainer As a Health and Social Care Trainer you will be responsible for delivering high quality training to a team of individuals, delivering quality care to adults and learning disabilities and some mental health issues. £25000 to £27000 per annum (dependant on experience) company car Ideal applicant for the Health and Social Care Trainer role will have some of the following: Knowledge and understanding of the Care Act Legislation applicable to the delivery of care Support the Branch Manager in Developing & fulfilling training strategies Take the lead role in planning, implementing, delivering and assessing all relevant training. Plan, coordinate, deliver, monitor and record all new staff, induction within their probationary period. Mentor all “New to Care” staff through the Care Certificate during their induction period.
