TRAINING OFFICER - HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE £25000 per annum plus company car or car allowace EASTLEIGH, HAMPSHIRE COMMUNITY & RESIDENTIAL SETTINGS PERMANENT POSITION Blue chip care provider based in Eastleigh and Hampshire area seeks an experienced Trainiing Officer, Health & Social Care. As a Trainer you will be responsible for delivery of high quality trainintg to a team of individuals delivering quality care to Adults with Learning Difficulities and Complex Care Needs. Ideal applicant for the Training Officer role will have some of the following: Knowledge and understanding of the Care Act Legislation applicable to the delivery of care Support the branch Manager in Developing & fulfilling training strategies Take the lead role in planning, implementing, delivering and assessing all relevant training. Plan, coordinate, deliver, monitor and record all new staff, induction within their probationary period. Mentor all “New to Care” staff through the Care Certificate during their induction period.
