FAMILY SOLICITOR | SURREY | AWARD WINNING LEGAL 500 FIRM Our client is a Legal 500 regional firm with several offices across the South East. Recommended in legal directories across their numerous practice areas, they pride themselves on being a full service law firm that offer first class client care. They are looking for a Family Solicitor to join their busy team. The Family department has been under new leadership in the last year and is going from strength to strength. Enjoying a large amount of referral work from the other departments in the firm and an excellent reputation in Surrey and Berkshire, they have grown in size and stature to become one of the leading departments in the region. This role will cover privately funded work across divorce and the financial aspects of marriage breakdown along with pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements. The firm also deal with associated Private Children matters. You will be a Senior Family Solicitor with over 5 years PQE with a good knowledge of private family law. You will have good business development skills as you will be expected to contribute to the development of the department and will ideally be a member of Resolution. This is a varied and interesting role with an emphasis on mid to high net worth financial cases with some private children matters. This role is commutable from Woking, Guildford and Farnham and is a great opportunity to join a growing firm and department that will give you a flexible and supportive working environment.
