Payments Fraud Data Scientist London Up to £70,000 One of the fastest growing tech firms is looking to bring on board a successful Data Analyst with an interest in applying machine learning techniques to payments fraud detection and prevention. Working across multiple countries they are continuing to grow at an impressive rate. THE ROLE Your role will be influential to the business, leading the fraud analytics space. Key responsibilities are: Using SQL, create advanced analytics for fraud, pulling out key trends and patterns Monitor, maintain and make rule changes for the prevention and detection systems Developing and present reporting on Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering developments across multiple countries Support the Analytics Manager with development of machine learning and advanced modelling techniques for real time fraud detection Be a Financial Crime subject matter expert to the business YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Data extraction, manipulation and analysis experience with SQL Python programming experience Prior commercial experience in a fraud or financial crime role Payments exposure with knowledge of MasterCard or Visa card schemes Experience with visualisation tools, Tableau preferred Self-starter attitude and ability to work autonomously BENEFITS Up to £70,000 Bonus Health insurance including gym discounts Matched pension contribution Season ticket loan 25 days holiday bank holidays Social events HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Rosalind Madge via the Apply link on this page.
