Overview

REED Finance are delighted to be working exclusively with an SME company based near Bracknell who are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join them on a permanent basis. This amazing and unique business has been running for well over 50 years and is situated in beautiful surroundings. Managing a small team, you will be responsible for the full range of finance including management accounts, budgets, cash flow, reporting, VAT, payroll preparation, WIP and fixed assets As with most SME roles you will also have some responsibility for some operational duties in this role and also partnering with directors and some operational staff. To be considered for this role you will either be a fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience with strong relevant experience You will also have previous experience working in an SME setting, managing a small team and as with all SMEs but happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved. Due to the retirement of the incumbent the successful applicant needs to be in place around mid May and hence applicants with more than 1 months’ notice cannot be considered.
