Overview
A forward thinking and award-winning Law Firm based in modern offices in the West End of London is seeking a Paralegal, paying up to £38,000 plus an excellent benefits package and annual bonus, to join their fast growing and dynamic practice. The role will be working closely with your allocated fee earner to support them with all secretarial and administrative tasks to help free up the fee earners time. This role is supporting the Intellectual Property arm, so you will be involved in trademark and patent work without guidance, so requires knowledge of patent, trademark and design applications. The role will be split up taking over PA, Paralegal, Billing, Reporting and Portfolio take-on duties. The company are seeking a dynamic and tech savvy candidate of graduate calibre. You will be process driven, but have working knowledge of internal IT systems is essential. The firm isn't not paper heavy and work through internal digital systems. You will have experience working for an IP firm or an IP arm of a legal firm is also essential in this role. You will have a real 'can-do' attitude, having the ability to work as part of a team, but also autonomously on everyday tasks. Excellent organisation skills, making sure you have the ability to work to strict deadline and under pressure.
