Overview
Hojona's social work division are currently recruiting for two Approved Mental Health Professionals in South East London who are also qualified social workers. Essential Requirements: - Up to date DBS - Social Work England registration and AMHP qualification - Minimum two years post qualified experience - Relevant SW qualification - Right to Work in the UK Key Duties: - Manage a caseload of complex mental health clients within the older adult service - Providing health and social care interventions - Commissioning care packages - Safeguarding investigations and monitoring mental state for relapse and recovery - Work on the Central AMHP team rota providing assessment and co-ordination under the Mental Health Act.
