Case Manager THE COMPANY… Our Client is a successful and expanding Commercial Finance specialist based on the outskirts of York. They are looking to recruit a Case Manager to join their team. Sitting in the Operations team you will deliver a range of products and services including: Commercial Investment and Owner Occupier Mortgages Property Development & Refurbishment Finance Bridging & Short-term Loans General Business Loans Asset Finance Factoring and Invoice Discounting Residential Mortgages and Insurance The successful applicant will have some experience in one or more of the above products although training will be provided as part of the role to broaden experience WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING… • You will manage a case workload at any one time of 20 to 30 cases with administrative support • Analyzing the case, assessing which product is best suited to the client • Managing and / or arranging for clients any of the products the company has to offer • Taking and efficiently processing business enquiries which come in from Clients • Evaluation of the case and placing with the most appropriate lender in the market to meet the client’s needs • Liaison with Clients, Lenders, and various third parties to expedite the case to completion YOU MUST… • Relevant finance sector experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Time Management and the ability to prioritise and manage a demanding case load WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
