Care Worker Hourly Rates £9 - £10 These are candidates who are coming from unrelated roles or gaps in employment and have shown genuine interest in pursuing a career in care. Staff can then progress to Committed Carer Status once passing probation period. Committed Carer’s Committed Carers are those who demonstrate an excellent standard of care, have low levels of absence, regularly take part in further training, and maintain the core values of Oran Care.
