Band 3 Mental Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Southampton I am recruiting a Band 3 Mental Healthcare Assistant (HCA) for a short stay admission, assessment and treatment ward based in Southampton, the ward is responsible for providing care for older people with organic mental health needs, mainly dementia. The candidate will observe report and record changes in the clients physical, mental health and behaviour. To provide the necessary physical care to clients to help them with their day to day lives.
