Overview

Sales Ledger Clerk / Accounts Receivable £excellent Greenham - Newbury 3T Additive Manufacturing are 3D printers of specialist metal and plastic parts for customers such as F1 race teams and Rolls Royce. Undergoing change, they are offering a varied and interesting opportunity for a permanent Sales Ledger/Credit Controller. Working with a friendly and supportive Finance team you will contribute to improvements in the running of the sales ledger and credit control as well as helping out with purchase ledger and payroll occasionally. Reporting to the Financial Controller responsibilities will include running the sales ledger and helping with credit control for the company comprising of two revenue streams, plastics and metals. This will involve:- processing up to 500 sales invoices per month ensuring accuracy and timeliness bank reconciliations system improvement liaising with plastics and metals sales staff credit control including monitoring and chasing overdue invoices, dealing with internal and customer queries by phone and email This role requires extensive Sales Ledger and some Credit Control experience, and ability to assist in other areas within a small to medium size company. You should be a resilient individual with initiative, very much a team player, and have a positive attitude. Good Excel and accounting systems skills together with a good telephone manner are essential. Benefits and Working Hours Salary is competitive and benefits include: 25 days holiday BH, pension, health care, life insurance 4 times salary and car parking.
