My client is seeking an experienced Co-ordinator to manage contractors on site. You will need to have exceptional admin skills and able to multitask. Responsibilities Ensure all contractors have obtained and passed the necessary checks Manage direct communication with subcontractors via email as required by the Company Ensure that service level agreements are in place for all supply chain Produce reports on a weekly basis Assist with Inductions and ensure contractors can attend Manage and support projects Assist with company Occupational Health, safety policies and procedures General administration Ensuring procedures are adhered to Compliance checks Work in accordance with occupational Health Required: Good Attention to detail Strong IT skills Good communicator Excellent Administration skills My client offers excellent benefits and free parking.
