Overview
Director of Property Services A great opportunity for a proven Director to drive and improve a modernisation programme of a £20m repairs and maintenance business. A brief overview of the role Overseeing an in house housing repairs team. Overseeing maintenance and minor works. Delivering a new operating model for efficiency Create a strong culture Lead and develop housing repairs ensuring that forecasting, supervision of labour and budgets are robustly managed Undertake direct management control of teams Ensure the business has as a priority a strong customer focus and excellent customer satisfaction review's. Responsible for the establishment of performance targets. Develop the brand via local commercial strategies. Plus much more.
