Overview
Supply Chain Director Oxfordshire / Berkshire / Buckinghamshire Up to £70k Company Bonus Car Our client is a well-established manufacturing business with a strategic plan to further grow and create opportunity for those delivering value in the business. With a turnover of around £30m and an extended supply chain, we are looking for a supply chain professional to bring change and balance the intake of stock, materials and customer delivery in an effective and sustainable manner. You will have responsibility for driving a continuous improvement culture across the supply chain and partnering functions. You and your team will deliver process excellence, supplier delivery assurance and best manage stock and materials whilst strategically leading cost reduction initiatives and overall supply chain strategy. You will influence across the business, acting as coach and mentor to drive strong company culture and ethos within the supply chain team and wider operational business. Experience of managing the maintenance and delivery of quality standards to ISO19001 & 14001 would be a great benefit.
