Account Director (Industrial & Manufacturing FM) Manchester - national travel £65,000 - £75,000 per annum benefits An exciting opportunity has risen for an Account Director, with Industrial & Manufacturing FM experience, to manage a portfolio of clients on a permanent basis. You will have overall responsibility for the operational, commercial and safety performance of multiple Key Account Customers within the Industrial & Manufacturing Sector. Responsibilities include: To lead by example, motivate and direct a workforce in excess of 240 employees, with up to 8 direct reports Delivery of SLA's and KPI's across each site and contract in line with customer contracts and expectations Delivery of service excellence across all service lines, implementation of Key Account concepts and development of sites and contracts Ensure that a strong safety culture exists across the business unit, with adherence to company processes for risk assessment, training, safe working, accident reporting and investigation (to include root cause analysis) Effective management of customer relationships to ensure regular contact is maintained and service delivery expectations are achieved / exceeded To strengthen customer relationships to support contract retention and development, successfully negotiating contract extensions wherever possible to retain contracts and protect margins Overall responsibility for the recruitment and development of a highly effective and energised management team and establishment of succession plans for all key positions To strengthen and develop existing key account management processes, develop and maintain Account Development Plans to manage both risks and opportunities To identify sales opportunities within existing clients via account growth and cross-sell Act as an "Account and Sector Champion" to support bid teams in new growth opportunities across the existing portfolio and new business growth Internal networking across different operating companies to develop relationships and opportunities, encouraging collaboration to support the company vision and strategy Experience Required: Experience in a similar role Industrial & manufacturing FM experience and knowledge Multi-site management experience Strong people/team management Excellent communication skills and client management My client is one of the leading providers of Facilities Management solutions and have a passion for service delivery.
