Lead UX Designer - Online Marketplace Start-up My client are a cloud based platform as a service, who have created a unique and successful marketplace platform that be easily integrated into the next generation. They are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join their cutting-edge team who can maximise the value of the platform and help push the product in to the next phase of growth. The role spans across the whole customer experience (digital, phone calls, email and more). It's a start-up so the growth mindset is key as well as the desire to be both hands on and strategic, with the view of being part of the leadership function in future.
