What you'll be doing Self Employed Van Driving Opportunities from our Selby Depot - Earning Approximately £150 per day (before operating costs) - Monday - Saturday position (Equivalent of a full time working position) - Parcels are collected from the Selby depot each morning - Payment per parcel (at a locally agreed rate) - Delivering on average 100 parcels per day - Paid every two weeks directly in to your bank account - Given your own tour of clustered postcodes area Please note: For this role you would be required to use your own van or leased van (Yodel do not offer a direct lease but can recommend third party leasing companies) Every one of our millions of parcels could change lives. As the number of deliveries we make continues to grow, we need to partner with more drivers of large vans and distribution businesses who can help get our parcels where they need to be, when they need to be there. What you need to show us If you're highly-motivated, responsible and have your own 3.5 tonne van or your own team of drivers, we've got a great opportunity for you. We can offer you regular opportunities to deliver for big-name retailers, competitive parcel rates, uncapped revenue and the chance to grow in partnership with one of the UK's largest independent parcel carriers. It's all about going the extra mile. That means using your friendliness, warmth and attention to detail to deliver every item safely and keep your team happy too. After all, you'll be responsible for looking after your drivers, covering everything from their pay to service performance and compliance.
